Do you work outside these thirteen cities?
How do you handle scheduling and site visits?
Every project starts with a walkthrough of the actual space — we do not quote from a floor plan alone. Call or send the project details and we will set up a visit and give you a realistic timeline for that specific site.
Are you approved for Louisiana public bids?
Yes. We hold Louisiana contractor license #59757, employ CTS-certified staff, and have a presence on the Louisiana Office of State Procurement. That means we can be named directly on a public specification rather than brought in as a subcontractor.
Will you service a system you didn't install?
Yes, regardless of who installed it or whether it is still under warranty. A good portion of our service work starts as someone else’s project that stopped being supported.
Do you have offices in each of these cities?
No. Go Media is headquartered in Lafayette, Louisiana, and the other cities listed are service areas rather than branch offices. We would rather be straight about that than imply locations we do not have.
